Provide translation services, including  terminological
research, on various general and specialized documents for the
Correctional Service of Canada (Regional Headquarters,
institutions and district offices).

The Offerer shall provide services in both official languages. 
It is estimated, that 70% will consist in translating texts from
French to English and 30% will be translation from English to
French.

It is the intent of the Crown to issue one standing offer.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is
from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, with an option to
renew for 3 one year periods.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
