NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

This retender is a result of having to make changes to the
Estimated Level of Effort in the Pricing Schedule which will
represent the Department of National Defence's estimated future
usage more accurately.

The Department of National Defense (DND) has requirements to
have Technical Data Packages prepared, revised, accepted and
documented in one or both of Canada's official languages in
support of Configuration Management, Procurement, Cataloguing
and Documentation Control Activities.  These services will be
procured via Streams 1, 2 and 5 of the Technical, Engineering,
and Maintenance Services Supply Arrangement (TEMS SA).

The resulting contract will be from the date of contract award
or April 02, 2012, which ever date is the later, to March 31,
2015.  The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to
extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one
(1) year periods under the same conditions.

The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC Technical
Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Suppliers who are
compliant in all of the following TEMS SA streams:

Stream 1 - General Administrative Services
Stream 2 - General Engineering and Related Services
Stream 5 - Technical Support Services

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared
responsive.  

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.

Before award of a contract, the following conditions must be met:

the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as
indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses; 

the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified
or protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must
meet the security requirement as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting
Contract Clauses; and

the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will
require access to classified or protected information, assets or
sensitive work sites.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
