The Bid Solicitation is issued against the Tasks and Solutions
Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA), Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) File No.
E60ZN-13TSPS.  All terms and conditions of the TSPS SA apply and
must be incorporated into any resulting contract.  This
requirement is open only to TSPS SA Suppliers who are
pre-qualified in the following TSPS SA stream and category:

Stream 5: 	Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS)

The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders is the sole authoritative source for
Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

The Directorate of Aerospace Equipment Program Management Radar
and Communications System (DAEPM R&CS) and the R&CS 3 Project
Management Office (PMO) of the Department of National Defence
(DND) has a requirement for engineering services to ensure that
all projects achieve their full operational capability on time
and within budget.  The requirement is for the provision of
services, on an "as and when requested" basis for one Senior
Engineer.

The contract period will be from contract award to March 31,
2016, with the irrevocable option to extend the contract by 3
periods of one-year each.

The work start date will be July 2, 2014.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
