To provide Occupational Health Services for Parks Canada Agency (PCA) employees located across Canada, in both of Canada’s official languages, on an "as and when requested" basis. Occupational Health Services include the following and are further defined in Annex A:

i. Health evaluations (Pre-placement; Periodic; Screening:         Audiograms, Immunization);
ii. Advice and consultation services;
iii. Fitness to work evaluations (FTWE); and
iv. Ergonomic assessments (Office ergonomics, industrial ergonomics,         follow-up assessments and training).

The period of the contract will be for one year, from the date of contract award, with the option to extend the contract by three additional one year periods under the same conditions.
