The Office of the Veterans Ombudsman requires the Contractor to develop an actuarial model that can be used on a standard desk top computer to analyse and compare current and proposed financial outcomes of benefits options afforded to Veterans under the Pension Act, the New Veterans Charter and the Service Income Security Insurance Plan for both individual scenariosand specific cohorts of Veterans and using the data from this model provide a risk assessment of the effectiveness of the current and proposed benefits.  

The period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to December 31, 2016 inclusive.Note: The estimated delivery dates for the required services are as per the Annex A - Statement of Work, article 7 - Deliverables and Schedule.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
