Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) for Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS)  

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services for Work Streams 1 and 7. 

Requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy a requirement for the Department of National Defence [the "Client"] for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirementis comprised of two streams:

STREAM 1:APPLICATION SERVICES 1 Programmer/Software Developer  LEVEL 2

STREAM 7:TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES 1 Telecommunication Technician LEVEL 2

The resulting Contract will be for a period of Three (3) years with Two (2) One (1) year option periods

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.
