Security Requirement for Canadian supplier:
1.	The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the
performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid
Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian
Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
2.	The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to
sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY
STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
3.	Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to
be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.
4.	The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of
the: 
1.	Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if
applicable)
2.	Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).

The Advisory & Practices (Project Delivery) Directorate within
Real Property Branch (RPB) is seeking to establish one (1)
contract to provide the services on an as-and-when-requested
basis to provide Project Leader/Executive, Level 3 and Level 2,
Project Manager, Level 3 and Level 2 and Project Administrator,
Level 3 and Level 2 services to assist APPD in developing
knowledge areas, and coordinating inputs from stakeholders.
Statement of work specific objectives will be contained within
any resulting TA Forms under the TA Contract. 

These services will be required from date of contract award to
March 31, 2013 with three (3) option periods of twelve (12)
months for the Department Public Works and Government Services
Canada

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

NOTE: Task-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply
