Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, fromthe contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. 

Location of work to be performed:

Project Management and Professional Engineer (P. Eng) resources may be required to visit facility site locations and construction sites outside of the National Capital area.

Security Requirement:
SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN SUPPLIER: PWGSC FILE # COMMON-PS-SRCL#22 
1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer/Supply Arrangement, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, with approved Document safeguarding at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). 
2. The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED/CLASSIFIED information, assets orsensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of RELIABILITY STATUS, CONFIDENTIAL or SECRET as required, granted or approved by the CISD, PWGSC. 
3. Processing of PROTECTED/CLASSIFIED information electronicallyat the Contractor/Offeror's site is NOT permitted under this Contract/Standing Offer/Supply Arrangement. 
4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC. 
5. The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the: 
a. Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C; 
b. Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition). 
NOTE: The security requirements (SRCL and related clauses) willbe further specified under each Task Authorization.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires a variety of expertise in Project Management and Engineering Professional Services with knowledge and experience in supporting and managing Government of Canada Real Property Projects in the National Capital Area.  

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of PWGSC for Task Based Professional Services. It is intended to result in the award of up to two (2) Task Authorization contract(s) on an as and when required basis form date of contract to March 31, 2019, with two (2) option periods of twelve (12) months and one (1) optional transition period of one (1) month.

Documents may be submitted in either official languageof Canada.
