This requirement is for: INNOVATION, SCIENCE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CANADA, INDUSTRIAL TECHONOLOGIES OFFICE - SCIENCE AND INNOVATION SECTOR 

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under the Professional Audit and SupportServices (PASS) Supply Arrangement E60ZQ-140002/XXX/ZQ.

The Professional Services are required from the following Stream:

Stream 8, Recipient / Contribution Agreement Audit

Description of the Requirement:

Canada seeks to establish a contract for recipient and contribution agreement audits under the Professional Audit Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS SA) to be provided under the Contract basis only, from dateof award to April 30, 2018 and two (2) option periods of one (1) year each for: Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.

This request for Proposal will close on September 13, 2016 at 2h00 p.m.

Comment:

Request forProposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.

Level of Security Requirement: 

Level for Document Safeguarding: None required
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World TradeOrganization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Proposed Period of Contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of award to April 30, 2018 and two (2) option periods of one (1) year each.
