from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply
Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this
requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT BUY AND SELL IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.

Location of work to be performed:

The work will be performed off site at the Contractor's own
office.

The Contractor must be available for meetings at the request of
the Project Authority at their offices located in Ottawa. 

Security Requirement:
There is no security requirement applicable to this Contract.

DND requires the services of one (1) Human Resources Consultant.
This requirement will be from date of award to January 4, 2015,
with an irrevocable option for one additional one year option
period.

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires assistance
with on-going staffing requirements to fill vacant positions. 
 
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
