This RFP is only open to pre-qualified Suppliers under Stream 2:
Business Consulting / Change Management Stream, of the Task and
Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement, Tier
1.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: 

Canada seeks to establish one (1) Contract under the TSPS SA,
for one (1) Business Process Consultant - Senior Level, for the
Department of Public Works and Government Services.  

The work will be performed in the National Capital Region. 

DURATION OF CONTRACT:

From the date of Contract Award to 30 June 2016.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:

Combination of Mandatory and Point Rated Technical Criteria,
with a minimum pass mark. The Basis of Selection is Highest
Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%). 

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:

Facility Security Clearance: Secret Level
Personnel Security Clearance: Secret Level

CLOSING DATE:

The Request for Proposal closes at 14:00 EDT on 12 March 2015.

COMMENT:

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be emailed directly
from the Contracting Officer to the TSPS SA Stream 2
pre-qualified Suppliers invited to bid on this requirement.
