    FORENSIC AUDIT AND INVESTIGATION SERVICES 
    
    The Request For Proposal (RFP) # A0015-214080/A is issued under the framework of the Professional Audit Support Services - Supply Arrangement (PASS-SA) for the provision of the following professional services: 
    
    Stream 4: Forensic Audit.
    
    This requirement is on behalf of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) - Office of the Chief Audit and Evaluation Executive (CAEE).
    
    More than one contract up to five (5) may be awarded. The services required from the contractor(s) will consist of  audit and investigation services. The Contractors must work with the Assessment and Investigation Services Branch (AISB) to carry out forensic audits, transfer knowledge and/or job shadow for training purposes. In addition to the delivery of the projects, the Contractor(s) may be called upon, on an ad-hoc basis, to provide the Assessment and Investigation Services Branch (AISB) with expert advice on forensic and investigation methodologies.
    
    The requirement described in this RFP is open to pre-qualified suppliers for Stream 4 (Forensic audit) of the Professional Audit Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS SA). 
    
    The pre-qualified suppliers are as follows:

    6) Matson, Driscoll & Damico Ltd.
    7) MNP LLP

    9) Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Consulting Inc.
    10) Samson & Associés CPA/Consultation Inc
    
    The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed by the contracting authority, directly to the pre-qualified suppliers above mentioned, who are invited to bid on this requirement.
    
    Description of the Requirement:
    
    Canada seeks to establish a contract on an “as and when requested” basis for Forensic audit and Investigation Services to be provided for one (1) year firm and four  (4) additional option period of one year each for Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA) and the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).
