La MRC désire recevoir des soumissions pour la fourniture de services pour la collecte, le transport et l’élimination des déchets, pour toutes les unités d’occupation à desservir sur le territoire des municipalités de Saint-Chrysostome, Franklin, Hinchinbrooke, Sainte-Barbe, Elgin, Dundee, Havelock, Godmanchester et Ormstown. L’adjudicataire devra fournir tous les services normaux qui sont habituellement requis pour ce type de service. L’envergure sommaire du mandat est présentée à la section 4 (clauses techniques).
