Le présent contrat vise à s'adjoindre les services professionnels d'une firme afin de réaliser un sondage téléphonique et Web sur le thème des langues utilisées au travail. Cette étude vise à mieux comprendre les usages et les comportements linguistiques de la population québécoise dans plusieurs situations de communication au travail.
