Les documents seront disponibles sur le site www.seao.ca à compter du 29 mars 2023, le tout sujet à la tarification établie par cet organisme. (non remboursable) Pour toute question ou commentaire relatifs au processus d'appel d'offres ou à l'objet du contrat sollicité, le soumissionnaire doit obligatoirement et uniquement s'adresser au responsable désigné, soit M.
