Les travaux comprennent : La réfection intérieure La réfection des entrées d'eau La réfection de la plomberie La réfection de l'électricité Le bâtiment sera non occupé durant les travaux. Une analyse d'amiante a été réalisée. Voir le rapport en annexe.
