Description
La Ville de Côte Saint-Luc (“Ville”) demande des soumissions pour la réhabilitation des bases de béton de la clôture du terrain de baseball No. 2 dans le parc Kirwan dans la Ville de Côte Saint-Luc. La clôture de 40-pieds de hauteur a été construite en 2017 et du mouvement prématuré des poteaux a été est constaté selon le rapport d’arpentage de la firme Stantec en date du 26 et 30 mai 2023. La construction originale n’a pas été effectuée selon les dessins de construction et les règles de l’art. Les travaux peuvent commencer vers le 18 septembre et idéalement être complétés avant le 30 novembre 2023. Il est à noter que l’entrepreneur ne peut pas travailler le 25 septembre 2023 à cause d’une fête religieuse juive. Advenant que la température ne permet pas de compléter les travaux cette année, les travaux peuvent se poursuivre en 2024 mais doivent être terminés au plus tard pour le 15 avril 2024, pour permettre l’ouverture de la saison d’été de 2024.
