Description
Le CIUSSS de l’ESTRIE - CHUS est à la recherche d’un transporteur pour acheminer diverses marchandises entre les installations du CIUSSS de l’Estrie-CHUS incluant, mais ne se limitant pas, aux installations des RLS (Région Locale de Services) de Des Sources (DS), du Val St-François (VSF) et du Haut St-François (HSF). Les transports sont effectués pour tous les types de produits utilisés dans notre organisation (à titre d’exemple seulement : prélèvements sanguins, produits de laboratoire, pharmacie, fournitures, dentisterie, buanderie, archives, courrier, colis, petits équipements pour le soutien à domicile etc). Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES doit être en mesure de transporter toute marchandise pouvant être demandée à être transportée par le CIUSSS de l’Estrie – CHUS. Le service doit être assuré tous les jours mentionnés à l’ANNEXE A – TRAJETS DE LIVRAISON et cela SEPT (7) jours par semaine, VINGT-QUATRE (24) heures par jour, CINQUANTE-DEUX (52) semaines par année selon les horaires prédéterminés, sauf exceptions demandées par le CIUSSS de l’Estrie – CHUS. Nombre de conducteurs requis (estimation) : Lot #1 3 à 5 personnes Lot #2 5 à 7 personnes Lot #3 1 personne Lot #4 1 personne (poids maximal à soulever : 25kg/55lbs)
