La Ville de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield désire réaliser un projet clé en main pour la conception et la réalisation d’un jeu d’eau au parc Mercier comprennent, sans s’y limiter, de la construction d’une infrastructure pour le jeu d’eau, de la mise en place des différents modules d’amusement, de la mise en place de nouveaux de mobiliers urbains, de la construction d’un réseau d’éclairage ainsi que quelques travaux connexes.
