Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet le service de déneigement, d’épandage d’abrasif et de fourniture de fondants sur l’ensemble des surfaces asphaltés, les stationnements et les voies d’accès. L’entrepreneur a la responsabilité de faire le suivi des conditions climatiques pour s’assurer de respecter les exigences du présent devis. Le CISSS demande une vigilance particulière à l’entrepreneur quant à la surveillance des lieux : s’assurer de l’épandage d’abrasif sur les surfaces en quantités suffisantes pour éviter les chutes et ce, en tout temps.
