Ce qui inclut les plans et devis signé et scellé par les différents professionnels conformément chacune des lois régissant ces professions. Tous les matériaux, la main-d’œuvre, le matériel et autres, stipulés dans cette section du devis et nécessaires à l’accomplissement du projet sont fournis par et aux frais de l'Entrepreneur.
