Par cet appel d’offres public, l’AMF désire retenir les services d’un PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES pour la vérification de casiers et d’antécédents judiciaires, incluant l’accès au Centre d’information de la police canadienne (« CIPC »).
Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES retenu sera celui qui aura proposé à l’AMF la SOUMISSION présentant le prix le plus bas en fonction des besoins et exigences exprimés dans le présent appel d’offres public. L’AMF retiendra qu’un seul PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES, et ce, pour toute la durée du contrat.
