La Ville de Lévis (ci-après la Ville) désire retenir les services professionnels d’une firme spécialisée en ingénierie, en traitement des eaux et en architecture afin de réaliser les plans et devis et la surveillance des travaux d’augmentation de capacité de la STEU de Desjardins.
Il s’agit d’une station de type « étangs aérés facultatifs » mise en service en 1991
