La Ville de Saint-Colomban demande des soumissions pour la fourniture et l’installation de compteurs d’eau avec antenne cellulaire. À cette fin, le soumissionnaire doit se référer aux clauses techniques afin de connaitre les éléments précis des compteurs demandés.
À noter que les compteurs appartiennent au propriétaire de l’immeuble. La Ville prend en charge les coûts de l’opération de remplacement.
