Description
Le présent appel d’offres vise à acheter un chargeur articulé sur pneus neuf, selon les détails et les
caractéristiques minimales définis à la Section 5 – Devis technique page 8.
La soumission devra comprendre une offre pour le chargeur sur roues que possède la municipalité, qui sera
repris en échange.
De plus, le contrat découlant du présent appel d’offres est sujet à l’obtention d’un crédit-bail. La Municipalité
de Notre-Dame-du-Laus se réserve la faculté de conclure un contrat de crédit-bail avec un crédit-bailleur de
son choix.
