Description
La Ville de Lévis, dans le cadre de ses opérations courantes et de ses différents projets particuliers, a des besoins récurrents en évaluation. C’est pourquoi la Ville souhaite donc regrouper l’ensemble des mandats confiés en retenant les services professionnels d’une firme spécialisée en évaluation immobilière. Cependant, pour s’assurer d’obtenir un bon niveau de service et de pallier aux risques de conflits d’intérêt, la Ville de Lévis désire retenir jusqu’à un maximum de trois (3) adjudicataires afin de constituer un répertoire.
