Le présent contrat vise la réalisation de travaux de réaménagement d’un sentier situé dans le parc La Fontaine, le long de l’avenue du Parc-La Fontaine, dans l’arrondissement du Plateau-Mont-Royal.
Les travaux comprennent, sans s’y limiter :
· Préparation du site;
· Terrassement, les déblais et remblais;
· Sentier en criblure de pierre ;
· Éclairage extérieur ;
· Conduite de drainage ;
· Revêtement de surface en dalles de pierre ;
· Fosses de plantation avec bordure de pierre ;
· Trottoir et dalles en béton ;
· Surfaces en asphalte ;
· Base de béton préfabriqué pour mobilier urbain ;
