L'ouvrage consiste à réaménager l’intérieur du chalet pour le rendu plus fonctionnel.
Les travaux d'exécution devraient être réalisés entre le 2026-09-08 et le 2026-11-27.
Les entrepreneurs généraux détenant une licence délivrée en vertu de la Loi sur le bâtiment (L.R.Q., c. B-1.1) et ayant leur principale place d'affaires au Québec sont invités à déposer une soumission à prix forfaitaire et/ou unitaire pour la réalisation de l'ouvrage.
Les soumissions devront être déposées au plus tard 7 juillet 2026 à 11 h 00 pour être ouvertes au même moment.
Aucun nombre minimal de soumissions n'est fixé. Le maître de l'ouvrage ne s'engage pas à accepter la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions déposées.
