Le projet de L’Institution royale pour l’avancement des sciences / Université McGill (l’« Université ») vise la requalification des pavillons A, E et L du site original de l’hôpital Royal-Victoria et la construction de nouveaux pavillons pour y abriter des laboratoires de recherche et d’enseignement, des salles de formation ainsi que des espaces de bureaux.
Le contrat vise à réaliser les travaux de construction pour la fourniture et l'installation de l’ensemble des équipements et des infrastructures pour le contrôle, la régulation et l'automatisation des systèmes CVAC des pavillons A, E, L et N
