Dans le cadre du Programme québécois de dépistage prénatal (PQDP), les laboratoires du CHU Sainte-Justine et du CHU de Québec ont été désignés par le ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) pour assurer la réalisation du test génomique prénatal non invasif (TGPNI) auprès de la population québécoise, notamment pour les grossesses admissibles selon les orientations du programme.
