L’objet du présent Appel d’Offres consiste en l’acquisition de treize (13) transformateurs, la fourniture des documents administratifs et techniques, des pièces de rechange, la formation du personnel, la validation de l’installation et de la Mise en route/Mise en service des équipements en Chantier.
