Le Collège d’Alma, propriétaire, sollicite des soumissions pour la réalisation des travaux de construction de sa nouvelle résidence étudiante – phase 1, située au centre-ville d’Alma.
Le projet consiste en la construction d’un nouveau bâtiment résidentiel en structure de bois destiné à accueillir la clientèle étudiante du Collège. La résidence comprendra 41 places d’hébergement et offrira un milieu de vie fonctionnel.
