Le présent Appel d’Offres vise l’adjudication d’un Contrat à Commandes avec plusieurs ADJUDICATAIRES et l'adjudication par item, sans toutefois dépasser un nombre maximal de cinq (5) adjudicataires.
L’attribution se fera en fonction du prix le plus bas soumis pour chaque item(s), et ce, parmi l’ensemble des soumissionnaires conformes. Ainsi, différents items pourront être attribués à différents ADJUDICATAIRES, selon les meilleurs prix obtenus.
Afin d'assurer l'efficience administrative de la gestion du contrat, aucun contrat ne sera conclu avec un soumissionnaire si la valeur totale cumulative des articles pour lesquels il s'est classé premier est inférieure à dix-mille dollars (10 000,00 $) par année, avant taxes.
