Le mandat consiste à réaliser, à prix forfaitaire, les travaux suivants à l’immeuble Chaussegros-de-Léry (CDL) : effectuer des réparations aux façades, incluant le démontage à 60 % de l’une d’elles, réparer les sections de murs rideaux où certaines composantes sont manquantes et procéder à la réfection du toit afin de corriger la formation de glaçons sur les fenestrations mansardées, selon la solution proposée par l’expert en inspection de façades.
