Cet équipement sert à déterminer qualitativement ou quantitativement des éléments chimiques organiques (C, H, N, S, O) constituant dans un solide et/ou liquide. Ce système permettra de déterminer qualitativement et quantitativement des éléments chimiques constituant un composé. C’est un processus dans lequel un échantillon (sols, eaux usées ou potables, minéraux, composés chimiques, etc.) est analysé pour déterminer sa composition élémentaire et parfois isotopique par la combustion flash.
