Le soumissionnaire doit détenir un statut de partenaire Platine ou Or du manufacturie Mitel
Santé Québec Lanaudière offre des services dans l'ensemble de la région, soit dans les six municipalités régionales de comté (MRC) suivantes : Matawinie, Montcalm, Joliette, L’Assomption, Les Moulins et d’Autray.
Le contrat sera octroyé pour une durée de trois ans avec 2 ans d’option.
