*Note - This Request for Supplier Qualifications is a refresh response notice. The Prequalified Supplier(s) from RFSQ-8844, and RFSQ-8844-1 will not be required to submit a response, except in cases where they are seeking qualification in a new category for which they have not previously been prequalified.

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Education (MOE) to prospective Respondents to qualify for the facilitation of early years professional development workshops and resource development for early years learning, on an as required basis, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).

The intention of this RFSQ is to establish a prequalified list of individuals to facilitate professional learning opportunities for early childhood educators and resource creation specific to early years, and to engage into contracts on an 'as needed basis'.

Participation process:
Competition documents for this procurement are available through the Government of Saskatchewan’s Government Enterprise Management (GEM) system. All amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will be posted on GEM. To participate, suppliers must be registered in GEM’s electronic bidding platform. Registration is mandatory to download competition documents, submit questions, receive updates (e.g., amendments, addenda, clarifications) and submit a bid.
