The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (the "RBE",) is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to serve as the Group Benefits Plan Provider (the "Goods and Services"), as outlined in this RFP, to Regina Public Schools for a five (5) year term, with the option to extend for one (1) additional terms of five (5) years (a “Renewal Term”) upon the mutual agreement of both parties.
