Construction Services for the Greenall High School Modernization and Expansion

Prairie Valley School Division No. 208 is seeking a general contractor to provide construction services for the Greenall High School Modernization and Expansion (the “Project”). The work will consist of the supply and installation of all labour, materials, and equipment required to complete the expansion and renovation scope as per ‘Construction Drawings and Specifications’ prepared by P3 Architecture Partnership.
Greenall High School in Balgonie, SK. is a single storey building built in 1960, has a gross area of 7,500 square meters (80,700 sq. ft.) and has seen 3 significant renovations in 1975, 1983, and 2010. Greenall High School has an enrolment with 753 students and offers a full range of high school programming, including French Immersion, for students from Grade 9 to Grade 12. The high school will remain fully occupied for the duration of the construction with swing space being accommodated within the existing footprint.
