    Description

    This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of Health (HEO) and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) (collectively referred to herein as the Authority), to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of Addiction Treatment Spaces, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).

    The Authority is committed to providing approximately 250 bed-based addiction treatment spaces to include a combination, inpatient treatment, and transitional support services delivered by third party providers throughout the entire province of Saskatchewan. The intention is to create a list of pre-qualified suppliers who can participate in a second stage competitive process to negotiate agreements until the allocated budget is expended or 250 treatment spaces are obtained.

     

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
