    Description

    This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of Highways (MoH or Ministry) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of the Supply and Delivery of Structural, Machined, Water Jet and Laser Cut Parts as further described in the RFSQ (Appendix A).

    The prequalified supplier list resulting from this prequalification process will be in effect for a period of five (5) years, with no further optional years.

    This pre-qualification will be posted to SaskTenders on a continuous basis for the length of the RFSQ term. The same terms and conditions, qualifications, requirements, and evaluation processes set out in the initial RFSQ document will apply to all Respondents. The first evaluation and selection of Respondents will not occur until after the Submission Deadline stated. The subsequent evaluation and selection of Respondents will occur quarterly or at the discretion of GOS from the Issue Date of RFSQ onboarding until the onboarding process ends. The onboarding process is expected to continue until six (6) months prior to expiration of the RFSQ term, and questions will be answered continuously through the onboarding process.
