Financial proposals for Coagulation Analyzers are sought based on the options specified below for a 7-year term with the options at SHA’s end for agreement extension for additional 1 to 3 years:
a) Capital Purchase- Cost Per Reportable (CPR) for Medium- High Volume Locations
b) Capital Lease- Cost Per Reportable (CPR) for Medium- High Volume Locations
c) Capital Purchase- Cost Per Reportable (CPR) for Low Volume Locations
