The solicitation describes a requirement for the service of Back-up Generator Annual & Quinquennial Inspections, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the contract is to be for a period of 2 years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for three one year terms.
