Argyle Park Community Centre – Lighting, Fire Alarm and Electrical Upgrades

Submissions clearly marked "COR26-00239 – Argyle Park Community Centre – Lighting, Fire Alarm and Electrical Upgrades ", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on August 26, 2026.

This solicitation describes a requirement for electrical upgrade services to improve building lighting systems and fire alarm infrastructure.  The work is intended to enhance safety, reliability, code compliance, energy efficiency, and overall functionality of the affected facilities. The successful proponent will be required to assess existing systems, supply and install necessary equipment and components, complete all testing and commissioning activities, and provide documentation confirming that the upgraded lighting and fire alarm systems are fully operational and compliant with applicable codes and standards.

On August 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., a pre-submission meeting will be held at Argyle Park Community Centre, 35 Davin Crescent, Regina, Saskatchewan for the purpose of answering questions from prospective vendors.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

• Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
• Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
• Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
