Submissions clearly marked "COR6204: Street Infrastructure Renewal Package 23A", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email through procurement@regina.ca, no later than 02:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on January 20, 2023.

This solicitation describes a requirement for the SIR Pagkage - 23A. Please see RFP for more details on this matter.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a proposal will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

Additional Information

The work for this NRFP is general construction which includes but is not limited to:

• Removal and replacement of sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, crossings, curbs and gutters;
• Repairs to concrete as described in the specifications; 
• Repair road structure failures; 
• Cold milling of existing asphalt; 
• Asphalt pavement overlay; 
• Installation of perforated drainage pipe; 
• Rebuild, install and or decommission manholes and catch basins; 
• Traffic accommodations; 
• Quality control;

Pre-Bid Meeting:

There will be no in person pre-submission meeting or site visit. There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting (note: attendance is not mandatory) using Microsoft Teams regarding this competition on January 10, 2023 at 02:00:00 pm, C.S.T.
