This NRFP is issued by Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting on behalf of the Chinook School Division (the “Owner”). The Owner is seeking to retain a Hazardous Material Consultant for the Swift Current Comprehensive High School– Mechanical, Electrical and Building Code Upgrades (the “Project”) to provide scope of services as described in Appendix A of this NRFP.
