FT006-Spiritwood Roof and Building Envelope Replacement Consultancy 2026 RFP

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Living Sky School Division No. 202 (LSKYSD) for qualified prime consultants to submit a proposal to design, support and lead a school roof and building envelope replacement project for Spiritwood High School, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

Additional Information

Spiritwood High School is a 3,930 m² Grade 7–12 facility originally built in 1963, with additions in 1971 and 1988. It serves students from two in‑town elementary feeder schools and nearby First Nations communities that do not have on‑reserve high schools, making consistent access to the building essential.

The school supports a wide rural region where alternative high schools are distant, and it plays a central role in academic, extracurricular, and cultural programming. It also functions as a key community hub, hosting athletic events, cultural gatherings, recreation programs, and regional activities.

Living Sky School Division is located in west central Saskatchewan, with North Battleford as our only major urban center. We operate 9 elementary schools, 4 secondary schools, 9 K-12 schools, and one associate. We serve approximately 5400 students and employ around 800 staff.
