Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways is planning construction on Highway No. 45 from its junction with Highway No. 15 near Outlook, SK. to its Junction with Highway No. 7 near Delisle, SK; and Intersection improvement at the junction of Highway No. 45 and Highway No. 7 on Highway No. 7. The total project length is approximately 50.04 km. Engineering services are required for the grading and surfacing design; and tender package preparation for the following project:

• Highway No. 45     C.S. 45-04        km 0.00 to km 49.44
• Highway No. 7       C.S. 7-03          km 0.00 to km 0.60
