    LFRFP 240015, Passing Lane Work on Highway 3

    The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry) is planning the construction of passing lanes on Highway No. 3 from approximately Birch Hills to Prince Albert and from Tisdale to Melfort. This Project will include 4 sets of passing lanes, 2 sets on each control section.
