Macklin School Drainage Renovations

The Macklin School Drainage Renovations project involves the construction and improvement of site drainage systems at Macklin School, located at 5001 Herald Street, Macklin, Saskatchewan. The work will be completed under a Stipulated Price Contract and must adhere to all requirements outlined in the Contract Documents.

The project is commissioned by Living Sky School Division No. 202, with Prakash Consulting Ltd. acting as the Consultant responsible for tender administration and technical oversight. The scope of work includes drainage upgrades intended to improve site performance, mitigate water accumulation, and enhance long-term infrastructure resilience.

Sealed digital tenders will be accepted via email only until 2:00 pm (Saskatchewan Time) on Thursday, May 7, 2026. All submissions must be complete, fully executed, and accompanied by the required Bid Bond/Security Deposit, Consent of Surety, and Undertaking of Insurance. Tenders will be opened by the Consultant and Owner at a later date, with a summary of received bids available upon written request.

• A mandatory site walkthrough for General Contractors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 10:00 am, with assembly at the Main Entrance on the West Side of the building. Contractors must notify the Consultant at least 24 hours in advance of their intent to attend.

Bid Amendments

• Amendments must be received in writing prior to bid closing.
• Telephone amendments are not accepted.
• Amendments may be submitted via fax or email, endorsed by the same individual(s) who signed the original tender.
• Fax amendments are limited to three pages and must be confirmed as received by an authorized representative of the bidder.

Bid Validity

• All bids must remain open to acceptance and be irrevocable for 30 days following the closing date.

Owner’s Rights

• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.

Walkthrough Requirements

• Attendance is mandatory for General Contractors.
• Contractors must notify the Consultant by email at least 24 hours prior to the walkthrough.
